I'm Casey, a holistic health coach. For years I was successful on the outside and bracing underneath — until one day my arm went numb, and I couldn't ignore what my body had been telling me anymore. That moment forced me to learn what I'd never been taught: the work was never about my circumstances. It was about the system underneath them.

Do I need experience?
None. RISE starts at the ground and builds. The sequence does the work.
How much time per day?
Most days, around 15–20 minutes. It's built to fit a full life.
I've tried breathwork before and it didn't stick.
That's usually because it was a moment, not a progression. RISE is sequenced to change your baseline, not give you one good session.
Is it safe?
The practices are guided and built to be approached gently. As always, check with your doctor if you have a heart or respiratory condition or are pregnant.
