Rise — 22 Days
What rising actually looks like
When you learn how to regulate your system and build resilience, your experience of life begins to change.
Before the practice.
You're capable — but the system is running old patterns.
- You react when you want to respond — stress moves faster than your awareness.
- The pressure of modern life builds without real release.
- Focus comes and goes — rarely on demand.
- You feel the next level pulling at you but can't quite close the gap.
- You've tried mindfulness or breathwork but nothing stuck or went deep enough.
- Rest doesn't fully restore you — the system never quite switches off.
After 22 days of practice.
A trained nervous system changes everything beneath the surface.
- You meet pressure without bracing — you're present inside the intensity.
- You access deep stillness without years on a cushion.
- Your thinking is clearer — and your sense of direction with it.
- You respond instead of react — there's a pause where there wasn't one before.
- You have tools that work, that travel with you, that belong to you.
- Flow isn't something you chase — it's what shows up when the obstacles are removed.
Inside Rise — 22 Days
22 daily videos. A guided practice for every day. Daily reflection prompts to track your journey.
Each day is structured the same way: teaching first, then practice, then reflection. You understand what you're doing and why before you do it.
The 22 days move through four stages — the complete RISE arc.
Root
Daily rhythmic breathwork, movement, and intentional music listening. You practice finding and returning to your baseline — a regulated, grounded nervous system. By Day 7 you have a toolkit that works independently of the program.
Ignite
Surrender
You learn why you don't need years of meditation practice to access deep states — and the physiology behind why the breathwork creates genuine stillness fast. You explore the three dimensions of clarity: mental clarity (the noise quieting), clarity on what matters (priorities surfacing), and clarity on direction (the felt sense of the next right step). You learn to bring questions into the silence and listen rather than think.
Daily breathwork sessions — connected breathing, full breath hold, stillness. You practice bringing questions into the silence. By Day 21 the hold is deeper, the quiet is real, and things that were cloudy begin to clear.
Emerge
A full integration session combining all three practices. A Day 1 journal re-read. And a clear, honest conversation about what it means to keep going — and why the practice only deepens from here.
Why RISE is different from everything else you've tried
It starts in the body, not the mind.
You're not managing stress. You're building capacity for it.
Managing stress is a defensive strategy. RISE is an offensive one. Week 2 deliberately introduces controlled pressure — not to overwhelm you, but to train you. The activation and recovery cycle is the same principle as going to the gym. You stress the system intentionally, you recover fully, and it comes back stronger. The fire is the training, not the problem.
Deep meditative states without years of practice.
The most common barrier to meditation is the belief that it requires a quiet mind you don't have. The Surrender practice takes a different approach entirely — it changes the body chemistry that makes the mind loud, rather than asking the mind to force itself quiet. The breath-hold creates genuine physiological stillness. You don't achieve the state. You create the conditions for it to arise.
The explorer, not the expert.
I don't teach RISE as someone who has all the answers. I teach it as someone who has walked the path and is lighting the way. The practices I guide you through are practices I explore every single day. This isn't a system handed down from a guru — it's an invitation to explore your own nervous system with curiosity. Your journey through the 22 days will be yours.
A complete arc, not a collection of techniques.
RISE isn't a library of practices you pick from. It's a structured journey where each stage builds on the last. Week 1 makes Week 2 possible. Week 2 makes Week 3 possible. And Day 22 can only be fully felt because of the 21 days that came before it. The structure is the method.

FAQ
Questions Before You Begin?I Built This Because
I walked it
The RISE Method isn't something I designed in theory.
It's the map I built from experience — from the health scare that forced me to pay attention, through years of exploring breathwork, movement, meditation, and music, and into a practice that actually changed how I operate.
What changed wasn't my circumstances. What changed was the system underneath.
The nervous system, when trained, gives you access to a version of yourself that doesn't collapse under pressure. That can be present when presence matters. That can hear itself clearly enough to know which way to move.
You don't rise by escaping the pressure. You rise by going all the way through it.
That's the journey the 22 days will take you on.
Root. Ignite. Surrender. Emerge.
I'll be with you every step of the way.
