A few years ago I reached a breaking point...

I didn't set out to build a nervous system training practice. I set out to understand what was happening to me — and to find a way through it.

So I started exploring. Practices from different traditions, different sciences, different corners of human experience.

What I discovered changed everything.

The nervous system can be trained. And when it is — you don't just feel better. You become capable of more.

Today I guide people through the same journey I walked. Not as an expert who has arrived — as an explorer who has gone ahead and is offering to light the way.

Most people try to avoid pressure. We train inside it. Controlled, deliberate stress — through breathwork and movement — is what builds real capacity. The fire is the training.

This work isn't about following a guru or achieving perfection. It's about exploring your own nervous system with curiosity and honesty. I'm not here to hand you answers. I'm here to guide you to your own.

The Rise method

The RISE Method is a practice-based nervous system training built around four progressive stages. Each stage builds on the last. Together they form a complete arc — from foundation to fire to stillness to emergence.

Step 1:

Root

Stability
You ground the system before the journey begins. Using rhythmic breathwork, movement, and music you build the nervous system foundation that makes everything else possible. You learn to regulate — to find neutral, to activate on purpose, to relax on demand. Root is where the hero prepares.
Step 2:

Ignite

Fire
You step into the fire deliberately. Through controlled stress — breathing techniques and movement that challenge the nervous system — you expand your capacity to meet pressure without breaking. You learn to stay soft inside intensity. To respond instead of react. Ignite is where the hero is tested.
Step 3:

Surrender

Clarity
You go inward. Using a breathwork practice that creates deep physiological stillness, you access meditative states that most people believe require years of practice. In that silence — in the emptiness of the breath-hold — clarity arises. Mental clarity. Clarity on what matters. Clarity on direction. Surrender is the innermost cave.
Step 4:

Emerge

Flow
You return changed. The tools are integrated. The nervous system is trained. You don't just feel better — you are different. You live with more presence, more resilience, more flow. The capacity you built in the first three stages becomes the way you move through the world. Emerge is the return of the hero — carrying the gift back.
