I Built This Because
I walked it

The RISE Method isn't something I designed in theory.
It's the map I built from experience — from a life of fading dreams and excuses, to a health scare that gave me permission to stop hiding, to a practice that changed what I believed I was capable of.

I've tested this method on the hardest terrain I could find.

I shut down a successful business because it wasn't fulfilling me. I moved to Mexico — not a tourist area — and started learning Spanish by necessity. I stepped onto stages and shared my music in front of rooms full of people. I put myself in front of the camera after years of hiding behind it.

Every one of those moves was uncomfortable. Every one of them proved the same thing:

The more I pursued discomfort, the deeper the reward.

What changed wasn't my circumstances. What changed was the system underneath.

The 22 days move through four stages — teaching you to master each phase of RISE Breathwork.

Week 1 — Stability

Root

What you learn:
You learn how the nervous system works — the gas pedal and the brake — and why rhythm is the fastest pathway into regulation. Week 1 teaches you to master the Root phase of RISE Breathwork: a slow, even, regulated breath that grounds the system and becomes the foundation of every round. You explore rhythmic breathing variations, intentional movement, and music as daily regulation tools. Each technique in this week also works as a powerful standalone daily practice.
Your daily practice:
Daily rhythmic breathwork and movement. You practice finding and returning to your baseline — a regulated, grounded nervous system. By Day 7 you have a Root practice that works independently of the program, in any situation, for the rest of your life.
Week 2 — Fire

Ignite

What you learn:
You learn the difference between chronic stress and deliberate chosen stress — and why one erodes you while the other builds you. Week 2 teaches you to master the Ignite phase of RISE Breathwork: the Breath of Fire — a rapid navel-pump rhythm that builds internal heat, expands your stress capacity, and prepares you for a depth of surrender you can't reach any other way. You explore variations of the technique and discover how to stay soft and meditative inside the intensity. You discover what actually carries you through the fire — not willpower, something deeper
Your daily practice:
Daily Breath of Fire practice — navel pump building in rhythm, followed by the deep inhale hold where you feel the pressure build and stay present inside it. By Day 14 your window of tolerance has widened, your capacity for the fire is real, and you're ready for the reveal.
Week 3 — Clarity

Surrender

What you learn:
Day 15 is the reveal. You discover how Root and Ignite together — the regulation and the fire — prepare you to surrender into the breath-hold deeper than anything else can. For the first time you experience the complete RISE Breathwork sequence: Root → Ignite → Surrender → Emerge. In the hold — in that empty, suspended space — the mind goes quiet in a way it rarely does. You explore the three dimensions of clarity: mental clarity (the noise quieting), clarity on what matters (priorities surfacing), and clarity on direction (the felt sense of the next right step). You learn to bring questions into the silence and listen rather than think.
Your daily practice:
Daily complete RISE Breathwork sessions — the full four-phase sequence, each session going deeper. You practice bringing questions into the silence. By Day 21 the hold is deeper, the stillness more profound, and what was cloudy begins to clear. Each round is a complete hero's journey.
Day 22 — Flow

Emerge

What you learn:
Day 22 is unlike any other day in the program. It begins with a full RISE Breathwork integration session — so you feel what 22 days of consistent practice has actually done in your body before you hear a single word of teaching. Then you're invited to read your Day 1 journal entry. The contrast between then and now is the lesson. And then — the secret. Casey reveals the key to emerging every round, a little changed. The practice that makes RISE Breathwork transformative, not just effective.

A full RISE Breathwork integration session. A Day 1 journal re-read. And the secret that changes how every future round lands — the key to emergence that deepens the practice for as long as you continue it.
Every day includes:
A teaching video (10–15 minutes) — context and concept before you practice
A guided practice video — your nervous system training for the day
2–3 reflection prompts — journal questions that track your progress and make Day 22 meaningful

Why RISE is different from everything else you've tried

It starts in the body, not the mind.

Most personal development and stress programs are cognitive — mindset shifts, journaling, thought reframes. They work from the top down. RISE works from the bottom up. The nervous system is the foundation. When the foundation changes, everything built on it changes with it. We go root-first.

Managing stress is a defensive strategy. RISE is an offensive one. Week 2 deliberately introduces controlled pressure — not to overwhelm you, but to train you. The most common barrier to meditation is the belief that it requires a quiet mind you don't have.
