Ignite is the rising side of The Inner Journey. You move when the body asks you to, you breathe, and you let something in you wake up, carried the whole way by live music. Less to think about, more to feel.
This is an intimate gathering, capped at eleven, so the room stays close and personal.
Come ready to move. Wear comfortable clothes, clear a little space around you, and keep your journal and your cacao close by if you’re working with them. Then follow the breath and the sound wherever they take you.
