Why a few minutes matters
A few minutes of breath changes your state. It settles the stress response your body has been running on and quiets the noise in your head, so you start the day from a steadier place.
Do it once and you feel calmer for a while. Do it most mornings and that calm becomes your baseline, the place you live from rather than the thing you chase.
