Breathwork

The power of breathwork is nothing new. For centuries, cultures across the globe have used breath control for everything from meditation to pain management. In recent years, however, breathwork has gained prominence as a tool for transformation and healing. By simply paying attention to our breath, we can begin to change the way we think, feel, and behave.

In this journey, you will get three core breathwork practices. These practices have been chosen specifically for this journey and are safe and approachable for pretty much everyone, regardless of age of physical limitations.

Visualization

The ability to see yourself succeeding is often the first step on the road to success. After all, how can you achieve something if you can't even imagine it?

That's where guided visualization exercises come in. These exercises can help you get clarity on what you really want out of life. Without this clarity, the chances of achieving your goals are slim. But with a clear vision of what you desire, anything is possible.

While performing the breathwork meditations you will hear the guidance in the music. The more you practice the better and more clear your visions will become.

Journaling

Journaling is an excellent way to get in touch with your deepest desires. By taking a few minutes each day to write, you can gain a strong sense of direction and purpose.

Guided journal prompts can be particularly helpful in this regard, as they can help you focus your thoughts and pinpoint your goals. Once you have a clear vision of what you want to achieve, writing it out can be a powerful first step in manifesting your desires into reality.

You will be provided with 21 journal prompts in PDF format. You can print them out or just copy them into your notebook.

Brainwave ENtrainment

Brainwave Entrainment, or Binaural beats are a type of music that uses sound waves to encourage the two hemispheres of the brain to work together in harmony. When the brain is in balance, it can function more efficiently and effectively, reducing anxiety and feelings of overwhelm while boosting positive thoughts.

Brainwave entrainment is a safe, non-invasive way to encourage optimal brain function, and it can be used in a variety of settings, from the comfort of your own home.

The music for the exercises will use binaural frequencies to help you enter deeper states of meditation and help with reprograming your subconscious mind with positive thoughts.

Module 1

Clarity

Every day, we wake up and begin our journey anew. But what if, instead of starting from the outside and working our way in, we began from the inside and let that radiate outward?

Starting your day with a heart-opening meditation can help you to access your true desires and connect with your innermost self. This practice can also help to promote feelings of love, compassion, and forgiveness. In the first week of this program, you will learn a breathwork meditation practice for healing and heart opening. With the guided visualization, you will begin to get clarity on your dream life, with the answers coming from the heart. By starting your day with this practice, you will set the tone for a more joyful, abundant, and fulfilling life.

Module 2

Vitality

Fear and self-doubt are like a low hum in the background of our lives, sapping our energy and our vitality. But it doesn't have to be this way! In this second week of breathwork exercises, you will activate your inner power!

Everyone has within them a life-force energy. It is what gives us the will to live and the vitality to engage with the world. When we are connected to our life-force energy, we feel confident and fearless. We are able to take on whatever challenges come our way. Unfortunately, many of us have become disconnected from our life-force energy. We allow Fear and self-doubt to control our lives. As a result, we often find ourselves relying on external sources, such as caffeine, to get us through the day. This week's exercises are designed to help you re-connect with your inner life-force energy.

Module 3

Confidence

The third week of the program is when things really start to get interesting. You will be introduced to a breathwork exercise to connect with your deepest self.

True confidence comes from knowing who you truly are. This practice will help you remember just that, and by remembering your truth, you will feel more confident. Once you have reconnected with your authentic self, you will be amazed at how much more confident you feel in everyday situations. You will no longer doubt yourself or second-guess your decisions because you will know that you are making choices based on your true values and strengths. Remembering who you are is an incredibly powerful tool for creating lasting confidence.
