Week 1

Like a refreshing escape from the chaos, just a few minutes a day begins to create a new rhythm in the body, mind and your life.

Day 1:
Learn a simple exercise that slows down the body's biorhythms, deactivates the nervous system, and increases oxygen efficiency.

Day 2-6:
Practice the exercise daily using easy-to-follow guided journeys*

Hi, I’m Casey

As a single father and long time entreprenerur I know stress and anxiety well. Anxiety brought me to my knees many times. Overwhelming stress ruled my life for decades and I often felt like I couldn’t breathe

I had to re-learn how to relax and this is when I turned to breathwork. I mastered the art of relaxation and used my passion for music to create relaxing soundscapes for my practice. That's how CHILL was created.

I use these practices daily and during extra stressful times, I turn to these exercises to help me continue to perform at a high level in work and life. It's done wonders for my life.
