We will be live on Zoom in this guided group session open to everyone. No experience necessary.

In this guided virtual session, Casey will guide you to connect with your heart using breathwork and music. Bring some cacao (or tea), grab some headphones and clear out some space for a journey within. The session will last about one-hour and will include some time for reflection / journaling.

What to expect:

  • You will have space at the beginning of the session to finish preparing your cacao or tea, drop in, and become present as Casey plays some music to set the space.
  • You may be invited to write, so having a journal or notebook by your side is helpful.
  • A brief introduction to the breathwork practice will be given before the journey begins. You can practice seated on a chair/sofa or mat/cushion or if you prefer you can lie down for the breathwork.
  • Experience a guided 20 minute breathwork practice that is great for all levels, whether you are new to breathwork or a seasoned explorer. This practice will be your space to tune into the heart and receive the guidance you seek in your life.
  • After the guided breathwork you will have some time for reflection and integration as the music continues playing.
  • There will be a short period for sharing and connection at the end.
